TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. Rates are quoted per person per night in ZAR (South African Rand)
2. Rates are at the discretion of Shushan property and are subject to change.
3. Minimum stay of 2 nights for all bookings.
4. Special discounts for stays of 5 or more nights. |
5. Over Christmas & New Years we require a minimum of a 5 night stay
6. All reservations and cancellations to be in writing by fax or e-mail
7. Clean linen & towels after every 5th nights stay (long stays)
8. Cleaning service is available at R 120 per day extra
9. 50% deposit to confirm the booking

11. Check in time is from 3.00pm unless by prior arrangement. Please phone Chris on
083-3831614 to arrange your check in time. Please try to check in before 6.00 pm or
special arrangements will need to be made.
12. Check out time (including return of keys) is no later than 10.00 am unless by prior
arrangement
13. The number of persons using the cottage must not exceed the number of guests
stated on the booking form. For bookings of 2 people or less, linen for one bedroom
only
will be available unless by prior arrangement.
14. The owner of the cottage or his agent is to be allowed access to the property at any
reasonable time during any holiday occupancy
15. Use of the premises, including use of the swimming pool, is entirely at the guest’s own
risk. The owners and their agents accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from
the use of the premises by the guests.
16. The guests agree to keep the property and contents in the same state of repair and
condition and to leave the premises in the same state of general order in which it was found.
The guests agree to pay for any repairs/cleaning/replacement cost or unreasonable untidiness.
17. Please don’t use bathroom towels by the pool, please use the pool towels provided.
18. NO smoking is allowed IN the house.
19. Any charges relating to breach of the above
conditions or breakages by the guests will be made by Shushan Property using the credit
card imprint as authorized below. If you are paying in cash a breakage deposit of R750.00
is payable on check in, refundable on return of the keys, subject to any deductions in
respect of any breach of the above conditions.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
1. 0 - 14 days: Full payment
2. A 50% cancellation fee will apply on the full booking should cancellation occur between 30 and 14 days prior to arrival.
3. A 50% cancellation fee will apply on the deposit received should cancellation occur between
90 and 30 days prior to arrival
4. A 10% cancellation fee will apply should cancellation occur 90 days to prior of arrival.
